I review the process maps and data captured in the implementation and work through an end-to-end process to ensure I am familiar with the training area.

Proof Read and Sign Off
It is important that the training notes are accurate and have no mistakes such as typos, which can undermine the user's confidence in the system. So we proof read the training notes to ensure accuracy.
