Virtual Whiteboard
I present the Systems Audit on a Miro Board which provides a visual representation. The assessment uses traffic light reporting both for the individual functional areas, the segments and an overall score. That means you can quickly and at a glance get an impression of the big picture. You drill down each functional area to uncover the reason behind the assessment I give.
The systems architecture is drawn as a map on the whiteboard to show how your apps interact and the data held in them. This information comes from auditing your data and I indicate which fields are in cinstant use, which are infrequently used and which are never used. I also assess the validity of the data.
The result is a comprehensive and detailed picture of your systems which you can take in at a glance or drill down for the detail
