Track and organise your client and prospect emails
Synchronize your email to send and receive your messages within your app. You can also track when emails are opened and use AI to know the best time of day to send them. Email synchronisation is the bases of many other areas of functionality within the system, such as Sales Inbox and more.
Upload Email Information:
Using the information provided, we upload them into the CRM and attempt to synchronise with the email platform. We also give the SPF and DKIM records to whoever hosts your DNS and try to validate your records to improve deliverability.
NB: Because of the nature of email, we cannot be responsible for the details provided is sufficient for the link. That is because you may have a custom setup of your email and additional security that makes this problematic.
Signature set up:
We use your logo, which you must provide with a size of 20K or less, and configure your standard email signature.
