Training Brief - Before the training starts, we need to be clear about the outcomes you want to achieve and the nature of the attendees to the course. We also need to understand where you are now. We carry this out using a structured Video Conference
Amend standard course - We have a standard course plan for this type of training which is the starting point for adjusting it to meet your requirements
Apply the initial training session - This is usually carried out remotely both to keep the costs down, reduce our carbon footprint, and to enable us to cover people in different geographical locations where it is difficult to get them together
