I have used over 15 years of experience talking to businesses and organisations to build a set of standard Best Practice Processes for various business areas. I start from these processes to map the way things work in your business so that we can identify the differences. We then assess whether these are due to your business's unique character or areas of possible improvement.
Create an initial Process Map
I use the material you provide such as existing process maps, access to your systems, forms and our discussions in discovery meetings to create an intial process map in Skore.
Process Map Meeting
I arrange a call with you, which is likely to be virtual, to walk through and adjust the process that I have created so that I am clear about how the process needs to work
Finalise the Map
I use what I have learned to finalise the process map at this point in time. However, the map is a living document and can be referred to and developed through a project
