Terms for pre-purchase
You must use pre-purchased hours within six months, and we cannot refund their face value at any time. So please be sure that you prepurchase the pack that makes sense. If you are still determining if you will require 40 hours of our time within the next six months, please consider Services Packs 20 and 10.
