Know what you want to do
Before you start, you need to be clear about what to do.
You know that you need your software to work better for you. It needs to deliver more leads, more business from clients, and keep them longer..... That is great as a Vision, but it isn't specific enough to lead to actions that will deliver the value you are looking for.
Delivering value means defining clear, specific achievable, and relevant actions to measure the success of your project. Without these, it will always be in danger of getting blown off course. In this Virtual workshop, I take you from Vision to the SMART actions you need, to deliver value for your business.
Virtual Workshop
I have designed the Miro Virtual whiteboard, which is used for the workshop to be straightforward and to help you and your people organise their thoughts in a way that they can action. I run the workshop virtually using ZOOM with Miro so that you can include people from more than one location - even time zone.
Attendees
No more than seven people should attend the session, and these should either be or represent key stakeholder groups for your project or implementation.
Time and Commitment
From experience, this process takes six hours to complete and analyse. That is split between 2 sessions of 2 hours each with your stakeholders and 2 hours to analyse the data.
Deliverables
The completed whiteboard is a deliverable that lays out your and your stakeholders' thoughts in a single area. These stakeholders can also use the whiteboard to attach relevant documents, illustrations, and comments even after completing the workshop. We also prepare a report which summarises the results.
