Discovery: We need to know who is using the screen and how they need it to work to make their job easier. The easiest way to do that is to draw that process out. We do that in a workshop with the stakeholders using an online tool called GetSkore.
Specification: From the discovery session, we draw out the screen and create a specification including what fields are needed and what information they need to contain. This needs to be signed off by the client
Screen Configuration: Once the specification is agreed we develop the screen and test it to make sure that it is fit for the purpose
Release and Amend: Once the screen has been developed, we contact you the client and make any minor adjustments that are necessary. If major adjustments are required, further services may be required
