Confirm the receiving system is ready to receive the data
We ensure that the receiving ZOHO Ap is set up to receive the data from the legacy system. This will require an investigation of the legacy system and some discussion about the data you need to migrate. It may also mean that the receiving app will need some configuration.
Prepare the data
The data you'd like to migrate may also need some preparation. This is the opportunity to clean the data you are about to migrate to your new ZOHO App. We want to support you in this process.
Map the data
Map the exported data to the fields in the ZOHO Ap to ensure that the right data is going to the right fields and the new ZOHO System can recreate Quotes, Sales Orders, and/or Invoices.
Data Load
If the previous work has been done, this should be a relatively fast process
Test and Adjust the Data
Migrating data is not always as straightforward as one would wish so it is important to test the data when migrated to make sure that this makes sense. Often there will be wrinkles that need to be straightened.
