Know what your people need to see and how they can use what they see. Use this policy to structure how you configure your databases in ZOHO so that you protect your assets AND your clients’ and prospects’ data.
We use the RACI concept - Responsibility, Authority, Consulted Informed to build the Security and Access Policy you use to configure user roles and profiles.

We carry out desk research to assess what data you are keeping and how complete it is in your ZOHO application and report this back to the user as a report - using a data prep tool
How are you using your data?
This workshop establishes who uses the data you hold in your ZOHO Apps and for what purpose. Out of this, we develop a RACI matric - Responsible, Authority, Consulted, Informed.
Design a clear data security and access policy
Using what we have uncovered about what data you hold and who needs this data for what, we develop a Data Access and Security policy with you using a standard format.
